Examination structure and tips for ITIL

Before we discuss anything about ITIL, let us talk about what ITIL is. The ones who have done some research about the top IT certifications, they must have come across the term ITIL. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) tops the IT certifications list, these days. It initiated as a library with books related to the IT service management and now it is a certification course that provides guidance in IT service management course that is recognised worldwide.

2. Do not keep long gap between training and exam.
3. Solve the sample question papers without thinking that most questions from those papers will be asked in exam.
4. Memorise the definitions exactly s they are.
5. Don’t answer the questions based on your experience.

The ITIL certification holder will be considered as the person having the best IT service management understanding that can be applied at any level in the company.
